HDPE insulated pipe and fittings were installed as a long term maintenance free solution to replace a corroded carbon steel chilled water piping system at a south Florida hotel.

Below is a GYP Stack expansion project at a Central Florida phosphate facility. HDPE heavy-wall pipe and fittings were chosen for their flexibility and durability in this demanding environment.

The pictures below show the completed installation of a “Condenser tube cleaning system” at a power production facility. HDPE pipe was chosen for its superior corrosion resistance, as well as its ease of installation and customization.

HDPE was chosen yet again for another insulated chilled water system. This system was installed at a Federal Correctional Institution in North Florida.

HDPE can be used for many applications, such as the irrigation wet well below. This wet well is used to supply water for the irrigation pump station at a golf course in the Bahamas. The large opening in the tank supplies an uninterrupted flow of water from the on-site storage to the irrigation pump station.
